Fresh Flower Guarantee in Hoxton

We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for a minimum of 5 days from the date of delivery, provided they are cared for according to the guidelines provided with your order. If you receive flowers that do not meet our high standards or appear wilted or tired within the freshness window, please let us know promptly so we can make things right.
Damaged or Faulty Flowers on Arrival
We strive to package our flowers with the utmost care, but on rare occasions, damage may occur during transit. If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please get in touch on the day of delivery. To help us resolve the situation swiftly, please include clear photographs of the damaged items. Once we verify the issue, we will offer you the following resolutions:

Refund & Replacement Options
If your flowers do not meet our freshness guarantee or if there is a problem with your order, we offer both refunds and replacements for your convenience. Simply contact us within the guarantee period with your order details and a photographic description of the issue. After assessment, we will confirm whether you would prefer a refund or a fresh replacement delivered to your Hoxton address. Our aim is to resolve all issues within 2 business days of verification.
Return Process
There is generally no need to return flowers to us. For damaged or unsatisfactory flowers, photographic evidence is sufficient for most cases. If we require the items to be returned for quality review, we will arrange for collection at your convenience within Hoxton.
